Brno Twilight
A new country, a new city, a new way of seeing things. This is the experience my photographs evoke, as I explore Brno, during my four-month stay in South Moravia. As day turns into night, and the lights come on, I turn to the convenience of my phone camera to capture the surprising images, familiar shapes transformed into colorful vignettes. I am grateful for this opportunity, courtesy of the Fulbright-Masaryk Distinguished Scholar awarded to my wife, and hope to recapture some of these images with my large format camera on a future visit.
